The chief executive of Worthing BC, Sheryl Grady, has taken early retirement, due to ill-health. Miss Grady went on sick leave in December 2003, and was subsequently suspended. The case resulted in an industrial tribunal, which she later lost. ~Ian Lowrie~ chief executive of neighbouring Adur DC, was appointed as Worthing's interim chief executive in December 2005.
