A grant scheme introduced by Derby City Council's climate change team has helped local businesses save more than 325 tonnes of carbon dioxide over the last 12 months.

The grants scheme, introduced last May, enabled local businesses to reduce the city's carbon footprint with £5,000, to help them make energy efficiency improvements.
