Greens propose council tax replacement

The Scottish Greens have proposed replacing the current council tax with a residential property tax that would be more proportional to property values.

The Scottish Greens have proposed replacing the current council tax with a residential property tax that would be more proportional to property values. 

Such a property tax would be based on valuations that were brought up to date and updated at least every five years.
