The London Assembly Green Party has claimed the mayor, Boris Johnson, could be forced to scrap most of his environment projects, in the light of the London Development Agency losing 90% of its budget.

The London Assembly Green Party has claimed the mayor, Boris Johnson, could be forced to scrap most of his environment projects, in the light of the London Development Agency losing 90% of its budget.

Mr Johnson had intended to spend £21m on such schemes this year, and a further £15m during 2011/12.
