Treasury and cities minister Greg Clark joined Lord Heseltine at The MJ's Growth Agenda conference last week in Westminster where the two politicians discussed City Deals, single pots and local government's' key role in promoting economic development.

Speakers from leading local authorities with successful inward investment programmes also outlined their strategies for growth.
