A BNP councillor in Redditch found guilty of assault on his former wife and mother-in-law will not face sanctions from the borough council. A Redditch BC spokesman said: ‘This has no impact on Cllr David Enderby's position as councillor.‘This case was personal and did not involve his role as elected member of the council.'
