Lancashire CC’s executive director of resources, Phil Halsall, has taken up his new post as the local authority’s new chief executive.

Lancashire CC's executive director of resources, Phil Halsall, has taken up his new post as the local authority's new chief executive.

Mr Halsall has been with the county council since 2009, and will replace Ged Fitzgerald, who left Lancashire to join Liverpool City Council as its new chief executive.
