UK online education channel, Teachers TV, has been scrapped by the Department of Education, and the contract with its multi-media producer, Ten Alps, cancelled, with effect from October 29.

The announcement on 15 October sent shares in Ten Alps falling by one-third and the company issued a trading update saying it had launched ‘a reorganisation of its business streams'.
