We now need a determined team to put that vision in place.

Programme Director Tottenham

Up to 120k p.a Ref: HYR/4945

This is the country's most exciting regeneration role. You will need to share our ambition to bring lasting social, economic and physical change to Tottenham. Through a programme of new housing, jobs and training and by levering in new investment from business you will have an opportunity to build a lasting legacy. Needless to say to be a success at this role you will be an outstanding regeneration specialist and will have to demonstrate strong programme management, partnership and leadership skills and of course you will need the drive and determination to do much, much more.

Assistant Director - Planning

Up to £100k p.a

You will be responsible for planning across the entire Borough - town planning, enforcement and building control services. Much of your work will involve assessing the feasibility of major capital projects and implementing policies, you'll also be expected to encourage investment in the area, in order to deliver economic growth. Driving high performance in your team will be key.

Area Regeneration Managers, Tottenham

£51,002 - £63,179 p.a

Accountable for one of our four regeneration areas, you will be the catalyst behind enormous physical, social and economic change.

A sharp strategic thinker, you will be commercially minded, entrepreneurial and visionary, with world-class partnership skills and a record in regeneration that really impresses.

Programme Manager - Tottenham

£51,002 - £63,179 p.a

A true powerhouse behind the scenes, you will control the Programme Management Office - producing management information, scheduling activity and directing document control. We are seeking a very senior programme management professional - and you need the biggest challenge of your career.

Senior Programme Support Officer, Tottenham

£31,296 - £33,846 p.a

Ref: HYR/4949

Everyday will bring something different, as you produce detailed reports, organise meetings, set project milestones, brief colleagues and monitor budgets. You'll require equally varied experience in a fast- moving office environment, plus real enthusiasm to take the initiative.
