Haringey LBC's anti-social behaviour action team is encouraging young people on the Campsbourne Estate to use MSN and text messaging to report any trouble. ‘We want young people to know they can tell us about anti-social behaviour without them having to go through formal channels,' said cabinet member for enforcement and community safety, Cllr Nilgun Canver.
