Harlow DC is to invite community groups and businesses to help run some of its most popular local attractions, including the Harlow Playhouse, local museum service, paddling pools, showgrounds and band stand, Parndon Wood Nature Reserve, Pets' Corner and Gibberd Arts Gallery.
Cllr Joel Charles portfolio holder for community and citizenship, said: ‘This is a change for the better. We are looking for radical and innovative proposals.'
