Copies of Harrow LBC's anti-cyber bullying mousemat are being sent to the United Nations after winning support at the International Youth Advisory Congress. The congress is pressing for a children's and young person's online charter to be included in the 2009 resolution if the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The mousemat includes a top 10 tips to young people not to pass on personal information and blog safely.
