The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) West Midlands region has signed up to a Local Employment Partnerships agreement. Under the deal, the HCA will consider unemployed local people for all job opportunities. HCA chief executive, Sir Bob Kerslake, said: ‘A key aim of the HCA is to link public sector investment to creating prosperous communities.'
