HCA 'on target' with £2.3bn spend

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is on track to exceed its targets for 2011/02, according to chief executive Pat Ritchie.

Ms Ritchie said the HCA's total investment programme for the year was within budget, at £2.3bn.
