Head of Business Improvement

We require an exceptional strategic thinker and business leader, who can also manage effectively and build productive relationships with partners and others to deliver our vision for the people of Staffordshire.

This role provides cross-cutting business leadership across a diverse People function; delivering change through both direct management of functions and through effective relationship building and influencing. You will build a great team and network that both leads and drives innovative and transformational change.

Working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive and Director for People, you will be capable of working at pace in delivering our innovative and transformational change across a diverse range of functions to ensure we achieve agreed outcomes for the people of Staffordshire. This is a unique opportunity in an exciting and transformational role for a successful professional that has proven ability to work with such a diverse agenda.
