Roles

These roles are in the Finance Directorate which is striving to provide a first class financial business partnering service to the Housing and Regeneration Directorate.

As a senior leader in the finance team you will be an advocate of sound financial management embedding robust financial systems and practices in this rapidly developing directorate.

You will be expected to lead your team and contribute to the departmental management team which encompasses managing a range of revenue and capital budgets including budget setting and financial closure. Most importantly you will be integral to decision making and advising on a number of new innovative initiatives.

Requirements

You will be CCAB qualified accountant, with experience of delivering high quality financial and strategic advice.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual who can work effectively in this fast paced environment with managers at all levels with the confidence to present and provide advice to key stakeholders.

You will have strong technical and analytical skills with an innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
