£55,572 – £67,544 per annum plus final salary pension scheme

In this high profile role, you will lead our four procurement hubs, ensuring that Council transformation is supported by outstanding procurement advice and leadership. Our Head of Procurement Hubs will be a key a member of the supply chain management team. Leading on the development and implementation of Category strategies across the Council for all service areas, you and your team will provide a range of professional procurement services that promote and protect the commercial interests of the Council, providing outstanding customer service and developing collaborative relationships with partners.

To succeed in this role you will be an experienced procurement professional and team leader, with substantial experience in the leadership of procurement services and the delivery of substantial savings and service improvements. You will be a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
