You will have proven experience of delivering substantial service improvements and of creating vibrant markets with a range of providers. You will be skilled in leading teams, managing change, building partnerships and solving problems.

For the right candidate this is a unique opportunity to shape and develop the commissioning for both health and social care and for services across the wider council.
