The Southern Cross Healthcare group has issued another set of gloomy financial results, and blamed government cuts for falling fees.

The Southern Cross Healthcare group has issued another set of gloomy financial results, and blamed government cuts for falling fees.

The group, which is the largest care home operator in the country, saw revenue fall by £4.2m in the three months to the end of December 2010 and the number of admissions in its elderly care business fall by 7%.
