Diary believes the postal service isn't what it used to be. In Victorian times, up to 10 deliveries a day were not unheard of, a far cry from today's situation when people in ill-fitting red polo shirts push prams through our streets at odd hours of the afternoon, only to fill our doormats with pizza flyers.
