Lord Heseltine, whose recommendations for a local single pot were largely accepted this week by the Government, is to be keynote speaker at an MJ conference on the growth agenda in May.
The chairman of the Regional Growth Fund's advisory panel will be joined by Treasury and cities minister Greg Clark for the conference which looks at ways local authorities can help lever in inward investment.
