Hill's on the rise at homes agency

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has appointed Richard Hill as interim chief executive, until a permanent replacement is found.

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has appointed Richard Hill as interim chief executive, until a permanent replacement is found.

Mr Hill is currently director of programmes and deputy chief executive at the HCA, and will take up his new role on 26 January, following the present chief executive, Pat Ritchie's departure to Newcastle City Council.
