Hammersmith & Fulham LBC has started its drive to promote urban renewal with a landmark summit for developers keen to work with the authority. More than 80 developers, social landlords and advisers joined senior council leaders to look at new ways to tackle housing availability, planning, and helping people on low incomes on to the property ladder.
