Home-seller packs warning LACORS, the local authority co-ordinator for regulatory services, has warned that government plans for home-seller packs are unenforceable. Its chairman, Cllr Geoffrey Theobald, said the Government was not giving councils enough power to prosecute estate agents or private sellers if the packs were not completed on time, or contained false information. A cross-party motion has been put down in the Commons to scrap the packs.
