Communities minister, Andrew Stunell, has announced the winning bids for a £25m cash pot to restore empty homes back into use.
Seven of the winning schemes will be run by YMCAs, a project in Leeds will work with homeless people and volunteers to bring homes back into use, while other renovated properties will house women at risk of domestic violence.
