Norwich City Council has teamed up with local company, Gasway, to launch a new repairs website – www.gasway-norwichcitycouncil.co.uk.
The website will allow the council's 15,500 tenants and 2,500 leaseholders to report problems online. It also contains information about safety, and frequently-asked questions. ‘It provides yet another way in which tenants and leaseholders can access vital services,' said cabinet member for housing, Cllr Victoria MacDonald.
