The Government's HomeSwap Direct initiative, an online scheme helping social housing tenants exchange properties, is poised to reach 1.5 million Internet hits.
Launched in 2011, the scheme brings together four property exchange services – House Exchange, Abritas, Locata and Homeswapper – which agreed to share information to give tenants more choice.
