The arm's length management organisation running homes and estates for Barnet LBC has appointed housing specialist, Lovell, to deliver a services contract worth £103m over 10 years.
The deal, by Barnet Homes, involves electrical and planned refurbishment work to start in April 2012, across a portfolio of 15,000 homes.
