Derby City Council has been ordered to repair a community swimming pool it was going to demolish, after calls from a local community group. Gayton Community Association took on the council after it refused to honour its lease and repair the building housing the pool, which the association rented from the authority. Now, a judge has ruled in favour of the association, with the council facing big costs.
