A new, £5.4m scheme to provide housing for older people is now under way in Middlesbrough.

A new, £5.4m scheme to provide housing for older people is now under way in Middlesbrough.

Work has started on the project, which is a partnership between the Levick Trust, Middlesbrough Council and the Homes and Communities Agency. The former Levick House care home site in Linthorpe will be developed and 20 apartments built for older people.
