Westminster City Council is to set up a ‘Hub Westminster' home for 1,000 local entrepreneurs at New Zealand House on the Haymarket, Piccadilly, as part of plans set out in its Enterprise Manifesto to promote new business.
The initiative has the backing of London Chamber of Commerce. Cllr Brian Connell, cabinet member for enterprise and skills, said: ‘We want to help businesses grow.'
