Westminster City Council has selected mae architects to design a new elderly person's housing scheme, healthcare hub and associated facilities following an invited competition.
Construction on the flagship project, which includes around 90 flats and 6,000 sq m of healthcare space, is scheduled to start at the end of 2013.
