Nottingham City Council has approved an inner-city ‘village development', a pilot scheme led by UK Regeneration which promises to provide 200 new, privately-rented homes, shopping outlets and amenities.
Known as the Sandfield Village scheme, the project claims to be the first to develop ‘infill' city centre sites as mixed-use villages
