Interserve has secured a £6m facilities management deal with Southwark LBC to provide support services at the London borough's headquarters.

The firm has been responsible for cleaning services and pest control at Southwark LBC since 2004, and the expanded agreement will mean Interserve also provides maintenance, engineering services, security and vending services.
