The top 10 applications for intranets which support local government transformation and efficiency have been set out in a SOCITM Insight report. Among them are applications such as absence recording, flexi-time management, job vacancies, committee information and events. The report says a good intranet is trusted by all employees as the ‘essential source of information'.
