East Lindsey DC has invited local community groups to submit expressions of interest in taking over the running of Louth Town Hall by September as part of plans for a community asset transfer when the council moves to new offices.

Portfolio holder Cllr Adam Grist said: ‘We have great examples where through local ownership, community facilities are thriving – there is no reason this can't be done in Louth.
