Isle of Anglesey CC's managing director ~Geraint Edwards~ is to retire this summer, after seven years in the post. The green light was given during a full council meeting last week to start a new recruitment process this month, and members approved an amended role profile and employment package for a new managing director. Edwards said: ‘My decision to leave the council is not one I have taken lightly – there is still so much to do, so many challenges that face the island and its communities'.
