Do you like planes? Do you love Heathrow? Would you like to see it expanded with a third runway? Well, Richmond LBC has just the job for you! The London borough is looking for someone to speak in favour of plans to expand the airport at a special 'Question Time' event on 3 May.

So far, no one has come forward to give the 'pro-Heathrow' side of the story and in the interest of fair play, the council is casting the net far and wide. 'We have been able to secure speakers against the expansion of Heathrow Airport, but no one to speak in favour,' said cabinet member for environment, Cllr Virginia Morris.
