Merton and Richmond LBCs have appointed Paul Evans as their new joint assistant director of corporate governance.
Mr Evans will join the two London boroughs from Liverpool City Council, where he was city solicitor and monitoring officer. He takes up his new role at the end of the month and will also be monitoring officer for both authorities.
