Two London councils – Southwark LBC and Westminster City Council – have launched a joint team to share communications, policy and public affairs.
‘Both of us believe moving into a shared service is the most effective way to continue on the journey of improving communications, while rising to the significant challenge of operating with smaller budgets,' said Westminster City Council leader, Cllr Philippa Roe.
