Smith Square and London Councils have launched a joint consultation on the questions local authorities would like to include in their new satisfaction surveys.

The questions will be used by councils in individual local surveys, and could include asking residents the extent to which they believe their authority provides value for money. The LGA-London Councils plan follows cancellation of the Place Survey.
