HR directors are still not convinced about the benefits of outsourcing, according to a survey. Research by outsourcing specialist hy-phen, revealed that 49% of respondents thought contracting out either eroded value or had no effect. More than half (56%) felt outsourcing HR functions increased organisational risk. ‘While it's understandable that HR directors may perceive recruitment outsourcing as relinquishing control, these findings illustrate many need support,' said hy-phen managing director, Neil Jones.
