Councils and the NHS have been asked to give more people a greater say over local health and social care services. This week, health minister, Ann Keen, launched two publications to help councils and the NHS prepare for replacement of the current systems of patient forums with Local Involvement Networks (LINks). ‘Services get better when they listen to people,' she said.
