Congratulations to Buckinghamshire CC, the Women's Local Government Society (WLGS) and the Local Government Association (LGA), who have joined forces to help find the heroes and heroines who helped win the vote for women 100 years ago – a very worthy cause!

The project will mark the centenary in 2018 of the law change, which allowed women to vote for the first time in Parliamentary elections.
