Lambeth LBC has warned a Tribunal decision that the authority breached rules after it deleted old staff email accounts could have ‘wide reaching consequences for many public authorities'.
An Information Tribunal panel, led by Judge Fiona Henderson, recently ruled in favour of local opposition councillor, Jeremy Clyne, who took action after the borough failed to disclose information on a controversial local railway depot development.
