Lancashire CC's deputy leader has vowed the council can make bigger savings than the 10% delivered by its now-axed controversial partnership with BT.
The deal sparked an ongoing police investigation into allegations over payments and contracts, and led to the departure of chief executive Phil Halsall ‘by mutual agreement' last year.
