Winckworth Sherwood has won a 10-year contract to provide Wandsworth LBC with legal services for planning work related to the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Battersea opportunity area.
Up to 16,000 new homes and 25,000 jobs created through the regeneration scheme, which includes accommodation for the new US Embassy.
