Southwark LBC has lost a £2.5m court case against IT giant, IBM, for claims that the local authority was mis-sold a computer system.
The London borough had argued that IBM had mis-sold it a master data-management system in 2007, but Mr Justice Akenhead ruled the council was fully aware of the capabilities of what it had chosen.
