Merton LBC is launching a new guide to help local firms apply for council contracts, with details about what procedures they have to follow. ‘We hope it will encourage many more local enterprises, especially small businesses and ethnic minority firms, to work with us and with our residents,' said deputy leader, Cllr Samantha George.
