The Local Councils Network (LCN) has called for ‘practical, evidence-based' proposals to present directly to ministers, civil servants and policymakers.
LCN has invited officers to submit proposals for changes to national legislation, regulation, Government policy, funding arrangements and local powers and freedoms in areas where a change would ‘help your council achieve better outcomes locally'.
